Katie McGreal a teacher of mindfulness and relaxation. She set up a company about eight years ago to teach mindfulness to others, because the practice of mindfulness has improved her life in many ways. Katie began practicing mindfulness when her life seemed good from the outside, but it was not on the inside. Mindfulness helped her to get to know herself better, what she loves and what she wants in life. She would also like to help others to gain understandings about themselves. Mindfulness helps reduce stress and anxiety. At the end of this session, you will be more relaxed and happier in yourself.
